A Tenderloin resident told police that she was assaulted and sexually harassed by a gun-wielding neighbor on Monday. As the woman returned from taking out the garbage, the suspect attacked her, trying to force her into his apartment and kissed her.
The victim fled, but the suspect allegedly followed her into her apartment, where he choked her and rhetorically posed:
Don’t you understand how this works?
The victim managed to flee once again, and found police. After showing them her battle wounds, the police went to the suspect’s apartment where they found methamphetamine.
The jerk was booked on aggravated assault, terrorist threats and possession of meth, police said.
