Years have passed, fingers have been pointed, and now it seems The City is finally making headway in cleaning...
I like it when you work hard at your drawing – it’s an aesthetic turn-on (strictly platonic). I love the collection of African/New Guinea masks and statues at the de Young – you could get into some bizarre anatomical territory if you drew some of those. Perhaps you could set one of your traumatic life experiences on the second floor of the de Young? Maybe start having flashbacks, or the museum guard is an ex-boyfriend, or one of the statues has a wooden penis which looks vaguely familiar.
