  1. “The Broncos started something close to a whole new offensive line this season, along with a totally new offense, and the results were poor.”

Poor enough to allow Khalil Mack five sacks but good enough to win the super bowl?

  2. Good point Vince, notice how poor Carr’s 2nd half season performance and how many 2nd half sacks he took as well. Protection was an issue, so was running the football. But to be fair, missing Hudson was a huge part of that too. Still can’t hand a 33 year old 12 mil. Do it and watch him get hurt by midseason.

  3. Thank Gawd that Reggie didn’t tag Penn. Giving that kind of money to a player trending in the wrong direction is just bad business. Did you actually watch the Raiders the 2nd half of the season? Penn was getting abused in both the passing and running game. Maybe he was playing with an undisclosed injury or maybe he just ‘woke up old’…either way it was smart of the Raiders not to panic and give out a bad contract to a player who’s play declined significantly last year.
