Firefighters rescued a teenage girl at Ocean Beach Sunday afternoon.

The San Francisco Fire Department’s beach patrol entered the waters of Ocean Beach in the vicinity of Great Highway and Sloat Boulevard around 3:20 p.m., firefighters said on Twitter.
