SF skateboarder seriously harmed in SUV collision

A boy on a skateboard suffered life-threatening injuries tonight in San Francisco's Parkside neighborhood.
A boy on a skateboard suffered life-threatening injuries Saturday night in San Francisco’s Parkside neighborhood, police said.
The boy and a Honda SUV collided at about 8 p.m. at 22nd Avenue and Ulloa Street as the boy was riding south on 22nd Avenue and the SUV was traveling west on Ulloa Street.
The boy is a San Francisco resident. He was taken to a hospital.
Two other teenagers on skateboards were not injured.
The driver of the SUV stopped and cooperated with police. Officers said it doesn’t appear that drugs or alcohol played a part in the collision.
