At least 9 people were hospitalized after a San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency bus collided with a truck Tuesday evening in The City’s Duboce Triangle neighborhood.
The collision occurred on Castro Street at Beaver Street at about 5:20 p.m., according to Muni spokesman Paul Rose.
The 9 victims, who include people in both the bus and the truck, were hospitalized with injuries not considered life-threatening.
“We’re working with police to investigate what happened,” Rose said.
The collision, which occurred on the 24-Divisidero line, is causing some bus delays, Muni officials said. Drivers are being asked to avoid the area.
