Athletics catcher Bruce Maxwell was arrested Saturday night after allegedly pointing a gun at a food delivery person.

Maxwell, who was at his home in Scottsdale, Arizona, was booked on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to ABC15 and will be held in police custody until he can appear before a judge.

The A’s have not yet released a statement regarding the arrest.
