Electrical service was restored at the main campus of San Francisco State University after the earlier closure of their main campus due to an outage, University official said.
The power outage began around 1 p.m., and affected roughly 25 residential customers in addition to the campus, PG&E spokeswoman Andrea Menniti said.
Electrical service returned around 4:30 p.m. and the cause of the outage was found to be equipment failure, Menniti said.
