An Amazon delivery driver was robbed when trying to deliver a package in South San Francisco Thursday, police said.
The delivery driver was parked on the 600 block of Grand Avenue preparing to deliver a package around 1:30 p.m. when a man came up behind him, according to police.
The man pushed the delivery driver to the ground, opened the door of the victim’s vehicle and grabbed several packages with Amazon labels on them, police said.
The suspect ran down the alley between two homes toward Third Lane, according to police. He is described as 30 to 40 years old, wearing a black shirt and a small black backpack.
