One dead, two injured in Sonoma Co. collision


One person died in a two-vehicle collision Tuesday evening in unincorporated Sonoma County, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The collision was reported at 5:50 p.m. on Old Redwood Highway at Sargent Road.

The driver of one vehicle died and two other people were injured, CHP officials said.

The collision occurred after one of the vehicles crossed the double-yellow lines in the road.
