One person died and another has been arrested following a two-vehicle collision Tuesday in unincorporated Sonoma County north of Windsor, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP said Josmar Ortiz Ortiz, 26, of Windsor, was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence after field sobriety tests administered after the collision showed he was above the legal blood-alcohol level of .08-percent.
