The incident occurred around 2:20 p.m. as the victim was in his car in the 4000 block of Mission Street near Bosworth Street, police said.

Two suspects, a male and a female, apparently pointed a gun at the driver, a 48-year-old man. The suspects then took the man’s vehicle and fled, according to police.

The victim was taken to a hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening. Police did not say exactly how the victim was injured.
