Police seek witnesses in gas station drive-by shooting

Police in Newark are asking anyone who may have information on a drive-by shooting that occurred Sunday to come forward.

On Sunday at 12:50 p.m., there was drive-by shooting at the Andoil gas station at 5835 Thornton Ave.

Police said surveillance video in the surrounding area shows there were several witnesses to the incident, but those witnesses left prior to police arriving and did not contact the police department.
